The All Out wasn’t daunted by the weight of expectation when he made his debut at Sha Tin.

Off the back of a winning lead-up trial, the two-year-old son of Brutal was sent out a commanding favourite and delivered over 1000 metres for trainer Jamie Richards and rider Zac Purton.

The All Out jumped well to make the running and, despite not getting it all his own way, held a strong gallop to pull his army of supporters through.

“He’s got more improvement to come, he’s a big, strong horse and he’ll improve with more racing,” Richards said.

“It didn’t go exactly to plan, he got a bit softened up in front and the horse that ran second got an easy time of it and was going to be strong late after trialling well at Conghua earlier in the week.

“But The All Out’s got more scope for improvement yet, so hopefully he can go on with the job.”

We bred The All Out who was sold to Richards and Andrew Williams Bloodstock at Karaka last year for $150,000.

His dam is the Savabeel mare SIstabeel, successful on four occasions up to 1200 metres, and she is from the family fi the South African stakes winners Dance To The Stars and Follow The Star.

Sistabeel’s colt by Hello Youmzain sold to trainer Allan Sharrock earlier this year for $40,000 and she had an Armory colt last season before another successful visit to Hello Youmzain.
